Role Details
We are a construction contracting service, specialising in ancillary products including Green Roofs and Solar PV and we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project/ Contract Manager to join our team.
This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of £45,000- £55,000 per year DOE.
Key Responsibilities
- To organise and oversee Projects liaising with internal and external parties to ensure efficient delivery from conception to completion.

Production of accurate and detailed Project plans.

Administration & compiling of Contracts files.

Ensure all sites remain safe and compliant.

Provide support to the Estimation team.

Provide sign-off for deliveries and purchases in line with the Project plan and tender/estimate.

Other relevant general administrative duties.
Essential
- Experience in leading and delivering contracts within a multi-disciplined environment with a bias towards M&E.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including ability to produce project plans using MS Projects.
- Understanding of how to maximise productivity and drive efficiency.
- Experience of Microsoft projects.
- Excellent written and oral presentation.
- Ability to produce RAMS.
- Understanding of the EWN / Variation / Compensation Event processes/requirements.
- Good understanding of H&S legislation.
- Awareness and ability to implement/deliver under CDM.
- Understanding of KPI drivers for MD and our Clients.
- Experience in building and leading teams and cohesively working with external parties of all levels.
- SMSTS, First aid, Scaffold awareness and inspection, Asbestos awareness, and Working at Height would be desirable.
- Full driving licence and a willingness to travel nationally.
Desired
- Ability to interpret JCT and NEC contract terminology.
- HND level qualification in Construction management.
- Current Electrical qualification/s.
