Holidays

As an employee, you will get 25 days’ annual holiday, with bank holidays on top! We usually shut down between Christmas and New Year, too (this is automatically deducted from your 25-day allowance). We close on Bank Holidays.

Pension

As an employer, we are required to enrol eligible workers into a workplace pension. ICB uses Royal London as our workplace pension scheme provider for automatic enrolment.

Once you are in the pension scheme, you will make contributions (minimum of 5%) towards your pension pot which we will deduct from your wages. You may increase your payments at any time. You will receive tax relief on those contributions. ICB will also contribute 5% of your qualifying earnings to your pension pot.

Death in service scheme

The Scheme is for the benefit of all permanent employees and provides twice your annual salary to your chosen recipient.

This provides valuable 24 hour per day cover, all year round, irrespective of your health, pastimes or occupation. The benefit is paid as a tax-free cash sum, without having to wait for probate or Inheritance Tax.

Private Healthcare Plan

As a permanent ICB employee, you will be entitled to access the workplace private healthcare plan. This private healthcare plan is a benefit in kind and our employees pay tax on the insurance premium.

Staff Referral Scheme

We are always looking to grow our teams with talented people, just like you. As an employee, we operate a referral scheme and provide a cash incentive if someone you recommend our company to becomes a permanent team member.
